Desabet Terms & Conditions – Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member or user) and desabet. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any desabet services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Desabet encourages all members to read this document carefully and in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the desabet platform immediately. Continued use of the desabet platform following any update to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms govern the use of all desabet products, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports), Live Casino games, online slots, lottery, table games, and all related services offered through the desabet.im platform.

To register and use desabet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. desabet strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from registering or using this platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one desabet account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
• Non-Nationals Restricted: You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local laws applicable to you.

Desabet reserves the right to request proof of identity (IC/MyKad, utility bills, or other relevant documents) at any time to verify member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your desabet account.

Your desabet account is your personal responsibility. You are required to keep your username and password confidential at all times. desabet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security – it's free and easy to set up.
• Never share your desabet login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your desabet account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify desabet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Desabet reserves the right to freeze or temporarily suspend an account if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, in order to protect members' interests and the integrity of the platform. In such cases, desabet will contact you using the registered contact information on file.

Desabet offers a variety of secure and convenient deposit methods for Malaysia members. All deposits must be made using a valid payment method registered in the member's own name. desabet does not accept third-party deposits without prior written approval.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• DuitNow Transfer – Direct from your Malaysian bank account, 1–3 minutes
• GrabPay – Popular Malaysian e-wallets, minimum RM 10

• ShopeePay – Simple and secure, minimum RM 10
• FPX Internet Banking – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, HLB, and other Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for all methods. Maximum daily deposit limits vary depending on your payment method and account VIP tier. All deposits are subject to standard processing checks, and desabet reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits for further investigation.

Desabet members are entitled to withdraw funds from their accounts, subject to the following conditions set out to ensure a fair, secure, and compliant withdrawal process.

• Identity Verification (KYC): All members are required to complete a one-time identity verification before their first withdrawal. This is standard industry practice to prevent money laundering.
• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for all payment methods.
• Same-Owner Accounts: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your desabet account.
• Bonus Rollover Requirements: If you have received a bonus, the associated rollover requirement must be fully met before any withdrawal of the relevant amount is permitted.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to e-wallets (TnG, GrabPay, Boost) are completed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals to FPX or DuitNow bank accounts take 15–60 minutes for standard members.

Desabet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there are signs of suspicious activity, fraud, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the member in question will be contacted within 24 business hours.

Desabet offers its members a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions outlined in their respective promotional terms. The general bonus terms for desabet are as follows:

• One-Time Eligibility: Each type of sign-up or welcome bonus may only be claimed once per member, per IP address, and per device.
• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses are subject to minimum rollover requirements before withdrawals are permitted. The rollover requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: desabet bonuses and free credits have a set validity period. Any unused bonus will expire automatically once this period ends.

• Betting Limit During Bonus: While a bonus rollover requirement is active, the maximum bet per round or per wager is subject to the limit specified in the promotion's terms.

Desabet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice should there be evidence of abuse or unforeseen circumstances. desabet's decisions regarding bonus claims and payouts are final.

All bets and games on desabet are subject to each game's specific rules as well as desabet's general policies. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

Sports Betting (Football, Badminton & E-Sports):

• All bets are final once confirmed by the desabet system.
• If a match is postponed, desabet reserves the right to void the bet or settle it in accordance with the postponed match policy stated in the Sports Betting terms.
• Live (in-play) betting on desabet is subject to real-time odds availability. Desabet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• The maximum win for a single bet is RM 500,000 and for accumulator bets is RM 1,000,000, unless otherwise stated.

Casino Games & Slots:

• All desabet slots and casino games use an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator), audited by an accredited testing body.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, desabet will attempt to restore the game to its last verified state. If this is not possible, the relevant bets will be refunded to the member.
• Game results displayed on desabet's servers are final and shall override any discrepancies shown on a member's device.

Desabet is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that entertainment should remain just that – entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. The desabet platform provides the following tools to help members play within healthy limits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on your financial means.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a defined period to protect your budget.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum play time per session to avoid excessively long gaming sessions.
• Self-Break: Take a break from the desabet platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, based on your needs.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term self-exclusion options (6 months or permanent) are available for members who feel they need a break from betting.
• Reality Check: Set periodic reminders to keep you informed of the time spent and amount wagered during each gaming session.

The desabet platform is intended solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds through the desabet platform.
• Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the desabet platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technological tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Cooperation or collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes on desabet.
• Bonus abuse through the registration of multiple accounts or the use of false identity information.
• Any attempt to intercept, steal, or gain unauthorised access to another desabet user's data.
• Providing betting or casino services to third parties using desabet's platform without prior written authorisation.

Desabet employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates 24/7. Any suspicious activity will be investigated immediately. Winnings obtained through prohibited activities are void and subject to forfeiture.

Both members and desabet reserve the right to terminate the platform relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

By Members: You may request the closure of your desabet account at any time by contacting the desabet support team. Any valid balance in your account (after all applicable rollover requirements have been met) will be returned to you within 3 business days.

By desabet: desabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these desabet Terms & Conditions.
• Detection or reporting of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.
• Holding multiple accounts or clear misuse of bonuses.

Desabet provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While desabet makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that it will be entirely free from technical issues, delays, or errors.

Desabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the desabet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond desabet's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any financial losses arising from your own betting decisions.
• Inability to access the desabet platform due to third-party internet disruptions, service provider issues, or circumstances beyond desabet's control.

Desabet reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with business requirements, legislative changes, or industry needs. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the desabet platform after any changes to the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the right to close your desabet account and withdraw your balance.
